  horrible customer service, even with proof of purchase would not honor warranty saying they needed the original receipt. I then called sears customer service and they told me that they could get the receipt for me, by calling the store, and that the store would print it for them. WHAT!?? I had salescheck number to reprint receipt for me in store, but they said they "could not." Sears customer says yes they can. Anyhow, I had to drive to Harlingen store at the end, within 2 minutes I had my new product. They pulled up my receipt with my phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! ITS BETTER TO DRIVE TO THE HARLINGEN STORE TO AVOID HASSLES, THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE DOLLAR STORES!!!!

  I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED AND THERE'S ALWAYS ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM :) IF I COULD RATE IT MORE STARS, I DEF. WOULD!!!
