  Its black Friday sale. And I literally felt like I was rushed out of there. My mother and I were looking for a better plan and new phones and the lady named Gracie didn't help us. She didn't really give us a chance to ask any questions; she literally just kept adding to our monthly payments; costs that werent going to be there once we traded in our phones. We've been coming to T-Mobile for awhile and we've never had such bad customer service until today.
